With six unique trim levels packed with innovative and forward-thinking technology, the 2025 Ford Escape is a crossover SUV that has it all.
Escape Active
First in the Ford Escape lineup is the Escape Active trim, which comes equipped with a turbocharged 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine that delivers 180 horsepower and 199 lb-ft of torque. This is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, which sends its power into the front wheels. Notable features include dual-zone automatic climate control, keyless entry and start, and an 8-inch LCD infotainment touchscreen.
The Escape Active also comes standard with a suite of driver-assist safety technologies. These technologies include forward collision mitigation, lane-keeping assistance, and automatic high beams.
Escape ST-Line
Next in line is the sporty Escape ST-Line. It comes standard with black roof rack side rails, a unique rear skid plate, and 18-inch wheels. Inside the Escape ST-Line, you will find a flat-bottom steering wheel with red stitching accents and sport contour bucket seats with partial cloth and vinyl trim.
Escape ST-Line Select
The Escape ST-Line Select builds upon the Escape ST-Line. The engine is upgraded to a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 250 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque. Outside, you will find LED fog lights and heated mirrors, while inside, you will find such luxuries as heated front seats, one-touch power windows, and a heated steering wheel.
Escape ST-Line Elite
Next in line is the Escape ST-Line Elite, which adds a wealth of premium convenience and safety features. Convenience features include a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, driver's seat memory functions, and a larger 13.2-inch infotainment touchscreen. A navigation system, front and rear parking sensors, and evasive steering assistance take away the stress of driving in new locations.
Escape Platinum
The Escape Platinum trim comes without the skid plates of the ST-Line but gets a few more plush upgrades to make up for it. Inside, the seats get a synthetic leather trim, while outside, rain-sensing windshield wipers keep your vision clear.
Escape Plug-in Hybrid
For the more eco-conscious driver, Ford offers the Escape Plug-in Hybrid trim, which comes standard with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that is paired with an electric motor and a continuously variable transmission. This combination grants the Escape Plug-in Hybrid a total of 210 horsepower.
